Training
Training is currently another open door. We have a lovely log cabin (the equivalent to a 3 bedroom bungalow) which gives scope to provide for lessons for students, post-school/ work in-service training or for hire for small groups of trainees on external courses. The countryside setting with plants and animals adds to the relaxing feel of the venue.
Staff C.P.D Training
Should staff have training requirements in the following areas we should be pleased to offer sessions on student and staff wellbeing at our site at Aston on Trent or in school if appropriate:
- Various aspects of working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.
- Animal care and animal intervention therapy.
- Small group reflection.
